Terms of service. The rules of the library.
By using myAtlasLab you agree to these terms. They cover what you can do with the assets, how billing works, and what happens if either side doesn't hold up their end.

Who can use myAtlasLab
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate signup info and keep your password secret.
- One account per person. Don't resell or share account credentials.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
The license, by plan
All assets in the library are owned by myAtlasLab or licensed to us. When you download an asset, we grant you the rights below depending on your plan. The license attaches to the download — keeping the file after cancellation is fine; downloading new files after cancellation is not.
- Browse and preview the full library.
- Downloads require Standard, Pro, Founding, or an explicitly granted credit balance.
- No commercial or client use.
- HD downloads.
- Use in your own organic and paid social content (faceless pages, reels, ads).
- Use in your own digital products and email funnels.
- Worldwide, perpetual, no attribution required.
- 4K + ProRes downloads.
- Everything in Standard.
- Use in client work, broadcasts, and high-volume ad campaigns.
- Higher AI usage caps.
- Lifetime account at the original price.
- Same license as Pro, with unlimited credits and premium collections.
- Numbered membership card.
What you can't do with the assets
- Resell raw library files as your own stock library, marketplace listing, or PLR product.
- Use the assets to train AI models, fine-tune image/video models, or build dataset products.
- Use the assets in unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful content.
- Sublicense the library or share your downloads with people outside your team or business.
- Download assets through automated scraping or non-app mechanisms.
Violating any of the above ends your license immediately and may result in account suspension without refund.
Rebranding and reselling derivatives
Standard, Pro, and Founding plans let you take a library asset (an ebook, a template, a content pack) and rebrand it as your own product to sell to your own audience. This is the core use case of myAtlasLab.
What that does and doesn't mean:
- Allowed: rename a rebrandable ebook, restyle the cover, edit the inside, and sell it on Stripe / Stan / Whop / Gumroad as your offer.
- Allowed: bundle clips into a paid clip pack and sell that pack to creators or agencies.
- Allowed: use a clip in a paid ad or sponsored post.
- Not allowed: upload the raw library file untouched to a stock or PLR site as your own.
- Not allowed: sell the same library as “your library.”
Credits
Free accounts are preview-only by default. Standard includes a 500-credit balance that refreshes monthly after a successful renewal payment. Pro accounts include unlimited credits while the plan is active. Founding accounts include unlimited credits. Standard credits don't roll over; unused credits at the end of a period are lost.
Each library item costs a fixed number of credits, posted on the asset page. Once spent, credits are not refundable, but the asset license is yours.
Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price until canceled.
- Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing renewals use the old price for the next renewal period.
- Failed payments may pause access until resolved.
- See the refund policy for the 7-day money-back rules.
AI tools
The Launch OS includes AI tools that generate copy, page outlines, emails, and other text outputs. You own the outputs you generate and you are responsible for reviewing them before using them with customers. AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or violate someone else's rights — use judgment.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the refund policy, evade paid limits, or attempt to break security controls. Termination ends your license to download new assets. Files you already downloaded under a valid license remain licensed under those terms.
