Refund policy. Plain rules, no surprises.
Two layers of refund. 7-day no-questions guarantee on every paid tier, plus a 30-day first-sale guarantee on Pro Lifetime — do the work and don't make a sale, get 100% of your money back. Full rules below.

Layer 1 — The 7-day no-questions refund
If you purchase any paid tier (Library Lifetime, Pro Lifetime, Standard, or Pro) and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No form to fill out, no “before you go” survey.
To stay eligible, your account must not have downloaded any assets (clips, ebooks, templates, audio, or any other library file) during that 7-day window. The credit-spend log on your account is the source of truth.
This is how we keep the library open and previewable for everyone without inviting download-and-refund abuse. The free tier exists specifically so you can browse the full library before paying.
Layer 2 — The 30-day first-sale guarantee
Pro Lifetime adds a second layer for the worst case: you do everything we tell you and still don't make a sale. If that happens, we refund 100% of your Pro Lifetime payment within 30 days of purchase.
This guarantee is action-based. To qualify, your account must meet all of the following inside the 30-day window:
- Complete the Launch OS phases — work through the 10-phase Atlas University Launch OS (niche → product → store → traffic → first sale). We track phase completion against your Builder progress.
- Run paid ads with at least $100 USD spent over a 7-day window — Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads. Receipts or platform screenshots required. Lower spend or shorter windows don't count, because the Launch OS prescribes paid traffic as a step.
- Keep your store live for 14+ days — Stan, Whop, Gumroad, Stripe, Shopify, or any equivalent. Storefront URL and the live-since date are the proof.
- Zero sales — no orders, no revenue from that storefront attributable to the Launch OS work during the 30-day window.
If you hit all four and still made nothing, we refund the full Pro Lifetime charge. If you skipped any of them — for example, didn't run paid ads — you didn't complete the Launch OS, and Layer 2 doesn't apply. Layer 1 (the 7-day no-questions refund) still covers buyer's remorse.
We're comfortable putting our money behind this because if you actually do the four steps above, the chances of zero sales are extremely low.
What's eligible
- Library Lifetime — full refund under Layer 1 within 7 days of purchase, if no downloads have been made. Layer 2 does not apply (no Launch OS access on this tier).
- Pro Lifetime — full refund under Layer 1 within 7 days of purchase if no downloads have been made, or a 30-day first-sale refund (Layer 2) if you meet all four conditions above.
- Standard monthly — full refund under Layer 1 within 7 days of the first payment, if no downloads have been made.
- Pro monthly — full refund under Layer 1 within 7 days of the first payment, if no downloads have been made.
- Standard or Pro annual — same 7-day window, applied to the first annual payment. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access for the remainder of the period.
What's not eligible
- Free plan — there's nothing to refund. Starter credits are included at no charge.
- Subscription renewals after the first period. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel from the dashboard before the next bill date.
- Accounts that have already downloaded assets within the 7-day window (Layer 1 only — Layer 2 doesn't restrict downloads). The Free plan plus credit preview is the right way to try the library before subscribing.
- Pro Lifetime claims (Layer 2) where any of the four conditions are missing — for example, no paid ads, less than $100 spent, fewer than 14 days live, or any sales were made. In those cases Layer 1 may still apply if the request is inside the 7-day window.
- Accounts that have used a partial refund previously on the same payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel any monthly or annual plan from the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation is not a refund. If you want a refund within the 7-day Layer 1 window — or under the 30-day Layer 2 first-sale guarantee — request it explicitly using the steps below.
How to request a refund
- 1Email support@myatlaslab.com from the address on your account. Tell us whether you're requesting under Layer 1 (7-day) or Layer 2 (30-day first-sale guarantee).
- 2Include your account email and a screenshot or transaction ID from Stripe (in the receipt email).
- 3For Layer 2 only: include (a) your storefront URL with live-since date, (b) ad-platform screenshots showing $100+ spent across 7+ days, and (c) a sales screenshot showing zero orders for the period. The Launch OS phase log on your Builder account is the source of truth for completion.
- 4We confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days, then issue the refund. Stripe usually returns funds in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you start a chargeback before contacting support, we lose the ability to issue a clean refund and the dispute process can take 30–90 days. Always email us first — we'd rather refund you than fight a chargeback.
Accounts found to be abusing refund-and-redownload patterns, or fabricating Layer 2 evidence (fake ad receipts, hidden sales, etc.), may be banned from future purchases at our discretion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
